I've had the honour to be a maker for Tim Holtz since 2014, when I joined Tim's Media Team and since that date I've been blogging all the projects that I've made using Tim's products. So to see these makes and many more that I've made for Simon Says Stamp that use Tim's products just click the home page!
But this particular page began life in 2020 and is a collection of my makes for Tim Holtz brands from that date, to the present day! So, if there's a particular project you'd like to see from that date onwards, it will be here and I hope you enjoy my journey and find a project that inspires you!

Hi Emma,
ReplyDeleteI enjoy all the projects you create. You are very talented! I am hoping that you might share a tutorial on how you created the Christmas Time by Sizzix vinette? I also would like to know how you glisten a resin snowman after it has been painted? Thank you kindly, Sue
All gorgeous projects! Question please: On the butterfly box, what is the cover background? A stamp? Thanks Emma.
ReplyDeleteHi Nancy... So sorry for not replying sooner and thanks so much for your lovely commment! The cover background on the butterfly box is actually one of the papers from Tim's Abandoned 8" x 8" Paper Stash! Hope that helps... 💖
DeleteI really enjoyed your cards. Where is the word "merry" die from?
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind comment, Chris ~ I really appreciate your sweet words about my cards and projects! The word "Merry" is from the die Merry & Bright which is part of Tim's Sizzix Chapter 3 2020 release. At the moment it's out of stock at Simon Says Stamp but this is the link for you to take a look:

Thanks again and hope that helps...
Spectacular array of cards and projects. I love your techniques.
ReplyDeleteHi Emma! I very much love your work! The “Believe” sign you made for TH Sizzix Christmas is spectacular! He mentioned one of his favorite stamps was one you used on the sky background (snowflakes and stars)....could you please tell me the name of that stamp? Thank you so much! Looking forward to your next projects! TYFS ❤️🦋💜
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your lovely comment about my work, it means a lot to me Cindy and I really do appreciate it!
DeleteThe stamp that you mentioned, which is one of my all time favourite stamps for Christmas is from the Christmas Magic stamp set. It is an older set but is available from Stampers Anonymous:
https://stampersanonymous.com/tim-holtz-cling-mount-stamps-christmas-magic-cms247.html
Hope that helps and if you need to ask anything else, please don't hesitate! ❤️
Thank you so much! You are terrific!!
DeleteAlso, I found a larger version on the set “Christmas Nostalgia” CMS207. I scrolled through all of the SA stamps just to check them out :) They are fantastic! Thanks again....
ReplyDeleteWow! Your work is beyond spectacular! What a treat to see them all here in one place! I’m sure that was tons of additional work, and it is much appreciated. You are such an inspiration, Emma. Thank you for sharing your incredible talent with us. ❤️ Katie in KY
ReplyDeleteBrilliant, all of them!!
ReplyDelete(Lyn)
Wow! Your talent and style are stunning. I love all your designs. I'm definitely inspired by your work and a new follower.
ReplyDeleteI just adore your work Emma and always look forward to seeing your work. Your style/s appeal to me big time and I am always inspired to create when I look at what you make. thanks a bunch.
ReplyDeleteHow do you maintain such crisp edges when masking off the moon? How do you stop the ink from bleeding?
DeleteThank you so much for your kind words about my work, they mean a lot to me and I do appreciate them!
DeleteThe way that I get the crisp edges around my moons is by positioning the mask onto my card and then using a blending tool or brush to blend the Distress Inks onto the background. With the mask still in place, I lightly mist water over the top, not too much to avoid the bleeding and quickly dab the excess water from the card using a paper towel! Hope that helps and if you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to ask…
Hi Emma, I love your work so much! Your tray you did with the girl in front of the door from 2022, where did the door come from? Is it a Tim Holtz item? I saw quite a few makes with doors! Thank you for getting back to me.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your lovely comment, it means a lot to me to read and I appreciate you taking the time to pop by! The door is from the Halloween Baseboards pack 2022 but I will warn you, once this item has gone, it's gone ~ so if you're like me, I would advise you to stock up on them! Hope that helps and any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask... 💖

DeleteHello Emma. I’m positively in love with your work!! Is it possible you have a tutorial for your 2023 Department Store. I’d like to have a go at something similar but have no idea where to begin. Thank you so much for sharing your endless creativity ❤️
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind words, they mean a lot to me and I really do appreciate them! There is a tutorial for this make one on my blog and you can find it here:
Deletehttps://stickydots.blogspot.com/2023/11/step-into-christmas.html
If you have any questions about anything, then please don’t hesitate to ask and I hope you will have a go at making something similar…it’s such a fun piece to make and I would love to see your version! ♥️
OMG, first I can’t even believe you replied….you must be so crazy busy! And second, you have a tutorial that you’re sharing!! Thank you…I can’t wait to get started ❤️
ReplyDeleteI found you on Pinterest and WOW! Your creations are absolutely amazing. I've been a Tim Holtz follower/fan since the beginning of my paper crafting journey, and maybe his too, I think.
ReplyDeleteHello, I love your work! Could you tell me what the die is called and manufacturer of the circle die (looks like a big bottle cap) that you used for the STAMPERS ANONYMOUS CHRISTMAS 2022 samples with a santa in two of them and a deer in the other, there is also another sample of a Christmas tree in the middle. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHi Kim… So sorry for not replying sooner but I wanted to say a big thank you for your lovely comment and kind words about my work, they mean a lot to me. ❤️
DeleteThe die that you have asked about is actually a Tim Holtz Sizzix die and is called…SEAL Dies and Switchlits Embossing Folder 665379. I hope this helps and I’ve also included a link to Simon Says Stamp who do have it in stock. Thanks again for your lovely comment and if you need to ask anything else, please don’t hesitate to message me! x
