The Curious Case of Annabelle Franks...

Hope you all had a lovely weekend ~ I'm still suffering from this lurgy that seems to be going around at the moment and now, it looks as if I've spread the germs and my whole family have come down with it too!! Oops...as you can imagine, I'm not "little miss popular"! Oh dear....

In between sneezing, coughing and spluttering...I am still trying to get all my crafting jobs done but it's not easy but as always, I will get there ~ the fighting spirit of the Williams' will be victorious!!! :)

But in the meantime, here's a little something that I made earlier... "be afraid, be very afraid"!!!!!! LOL.
Once again, the backing papers and chipboard domino die cuts, are all from the 13th Hour collection from Kaisercraft and can be bought from the fab Merly Impressions. The title of this post, is actually from the backing papers. If you look closely you can just see the headline, which sets the scene for what came next.... *spooky*...
I added lots of chipboard die cuts of my own ~ the dress form, gothic boo, bats and 31 are of course, all from "Lord Tim Holtz" and the wings are from a gorgeous Sizzix die that I just couldn't resist. I painted all the chipboard with Eco Green paint. On the wings, I added a layer of PVA glue, let it dry and then painted over it with white paint to give this stunning crackled effect and on the dress form, I overstamped with one of the 13th Hour stamps.
As on previous posts, I made up the 3D rose and dipped it into UTEE.

As a final touch and to complete my artwork, I added a little phial, which I dropped some red pepper alcohol ink into.

So, I hope you liked my spooky little creation!!
For all those who are going to be celebrating Halloween tonight ~ be safe and have fun and for all those who aren't ~ have a lovely evening, whatever you may be doing!
See you soon!
Love Emma
