A Bird's Eye View!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Tuesday!!

I'm feeling a little better today and just wanted to say a big thank you, for all your lovely get well messages. It really does make you feel all warm inside to know that I've met such wonderful, caring people and made such good friends through the world of craft and blogland!!

Today is the start of a new challenge over on The Artistic Stamper Creative Team blog and this month's challenge is all about BACKGROUNDS and as the Mabel Lucie Attwell artist on the team, I couldn't resist choosing another of those gorgeous images for my little creation ~ I hope you like it!!

I used various Distress Inks on a Ranger tag before stamping the background with several background stamps, inked up with Distress Stains. The Mabel Lucie Attwell image was stamped onto a separate piece of card, coloured, cut out and then layered onto the tag. Finally, the "Fun" and "Laughter" words, taken from the "Into Each Day..." stamp were added, together with some seam binding and buttons.
