To Have and to Hold...

Hi everyone...it's another flying visit from me again today...and the penultimate of my Clarity shares. I think this was probably my favourite of the cards that I made for the shows at the weekend and I hope you like it too!!
The image was stamped onto watercolour paper, die cut with a Nestabilities die and then, handpainted using a waterbrush and Distress Markers. The background is embossed with a Crafters Workshop Stencil and I used a Martha Stewart PATP set to create the border.

I'll be back tomorrow with my final creation from the shows and I'll be visiting all your blogs later tonight when I sit down with a cuppa.

Thank you all for being there during this tough week!
Love and hugs, Emma xxx

  4. I can understand why you like this one, Emma, it is so elegant and beautiful. I am just waiting for the postie to deliver my order from Clarity - I gave in to temptation and got the poppy stamps and the Floral corner set. I can see so many uses for both those. Have a good Easter and try to take some time to rest. Look after yourself. xx Maggie.

  5. Hi Emma I've just been having a catch up and I'm stunned at your news of your split. I really hope you're ok and you're so brave to be carrying on with the crafting and all things beautiful (your creations). I haven't been around for quite a while and it's because after 16 lovely years with Mark I've been going through a very nasty split too which (if it wasn't for my family) could be leaving me homeless or in the hands of the Council!!! I don't want to bore you with all the details either but wanted you to know that I'm thinking of you. Take Care you deserve the best.

  7. Absolutely stunning Emma! I must try to think of some different things to say but it's so difficult when everything is just stunning, lol!

Lovely profile photo. You remind me of Celine Dion but prettier.

  8. Hi Emma, catching up with all your creations - crafting is a real therapy isn't it.
I think this is my favourite, the embossing just sets the image off beautifully.
The watercolouring with the distress inks is stunning too.
I enrolled on sir tims creative chemistry class too hehe. I was busy and then away while it was live, but didn't want to miss out so really looking forward to catching up- it's a great idea isn't it that it is available as a reference point after the event. With Tims creations and your inspiration I'm hoping one day I will be able to create some beautiful masterpieces too.

Thank you for sharing your work with us.
    Claire x
