Looking Back...

Hello friends,

Today I'm sharing a little bit of sad news with you all. After four years and an awful lot of thought, I've taken the very difficult decision to step down from the Clarity Stamp Design Team. I wish Barbara and the team all the best for the future, and in that future I really do hope to work with Clarity products within my magazine commissions and also, for personal designs. But for now, the time has come to say goodbye to the team as I move on to a new chapter.

But before I go, I thought it would be nice to look back on some of my favourite cards that I designed in my time working with Barbara...and when I say some, there were hundreds, so to choose from all of those was very difficult but I hope you enjoy them...

On this card it showcases perfectly, my "trademark" clouds and sky...

...here come the moons, which just got bigger and bigger!!!

...and here is just one of the cards with my HUGE moon!!!

...and finally, my last and I think one of my favourite cards that I made as a member of the Clarity DT.
Thank you so much for stopping by today and I'll see you very soon with a brand new post!!
Bye for now...love Emma xxx

The Circus Comes To Town...

Hello everyone...

I can't believe it, I woke up this morning and it's actually not raining!! I'm sure it will start soon and we had enough during the night to keep us going but at least we can be thankful for some respite and my heart goes out to all those affected in this terrible weather at the moment.

Today, I'm sharing the rest of my Clarity cards samples that I made for the Create and Craft shows last weekend and as always, I really hope you love them.

A vintage circus, using a Distress Inked background and a huge bow.

A layered card using the stamps from the Family Tree set.

For this card, I wanted to create a vintage antique feel, so after colouring it I added some Distress Inks over the top to make a soft and diffused look to the image.
Well, that's it from me for today...my schedule is packed and I've got lots of cards to make for Making Cards Magazine and with that comes the hard part...lots of instructions. So, that's what I'm doing this weekend and I think I will need a big glass of chilled white by the end of today, and probably another cheeky little one tomorrow!!!
Thank you all for stopping by today and as always, I really do appreciate your visits and the love you leave me!

See you all soon and bye for now...love Emma xxx
