Up, Up and Away...

Afternoon everyone...hope you've all had a fabulous start to your weekend and for those of you who are preparing for Christmas, I hope it's all going really well!!

As promised, I'm just dropping by to share my very last sample that I made for the Clarity Stamp shows on Create and Craft last weekend. Can you believe this is the last Clarity sample that I will be sharing in 2012???

For this card, I wanted to create something really bright, fun and perfect for an adult or child. I'll look forward to reading all your comments and as always, I hope you like it!!!
For those of you who saw this kit on TV, you will know that there was just one balloon stamp but to make the bunch of balloons on this card, I masked off each of the balloons in turn and then stamped the next one. I used Distress Markers to colour them, stamped and heat embossed the message and then, created my famous sky background to complete the card.
Up close to see the embossed detail on the message.
So, that's it from me for today and the next time I will be sharing any more Clarity samples is in 2013!!!

Don't forget that you can still win a card, made and signed by either myself or other DT members, over on the Craftwork Cards blog!! Hope you'll join in and leave a comment...and GOOD LUCK!!

See you all soon...Love Emma xxx

  2. As soon as your name was mentioned in association with this card I also heard the word (softly transmitted through the ether - by balloon?)'excellence'.

As said before, the Clarity DT is so strong and the way the stamps are often interpreted in similar ways - especially theses ones - was intriguing. You aren't clones of BG, are you?

  3. Great happy card, Emma. Clean and bright - perfect. It might be the last Clarity card for this year, but I bet it will not be the last card of your year. Have fun. xx Maggie
