Hovering Around....

Hello everyone!

Hope you've all had a lovely day, so far. A quick hello...goodbye from me today as I'm feeling a little under the weather! I'm suffering from severe neck and wrist pain and so, I'm having an easy day...well, trying anyway, because for those who know me well, they know that "trying" is a word that doesn't feature in my vocabulary ~ lol to often!!

As promised, today is my second day of Clarity shares ~ I hope you like it!!
To make this card, there were three separate stamps ~ a small single flower, larger single flower and the hummingbird and I built up all my flowers using the masking technique to create the cluster to which the little birdie has been drawn to. I used DI's to create the sky and then matted it onto a Martha Stewart punched background.

Thank you for dropping by to take a look at my little creation and I'll be back tomorrow with another Clarity share but until then, stay warm and have a lovely evening and just before I go, just wanted to let you all know that Julie Hickey will be on QVC with some fabulous new Craftwork Cards kits, tomorrow...Wednesday 7th November at 2pm ~ so, make sure you put it in your diaries and make a date to watch!!
See you soon and bye for now!
Love Emma xxx

  2. Oh dear, Emma. Sorry to hear you are suffering today. I can sympathise as I have just returned from my regular chiropractic treatment, and inevitably, I feel worse than before I went. but I do know that it will ease off after tomorrow. I hope your pain soon does the same. Lots of heat treatment for you, I think, and gentle stretches, and even more TLC. No wonder, Barbara commented on your cards yesterday, this one is so lovely and just fits the subject. Take care of yourself. xx Maggie

  4. Oh Emma, I'm sorry to hear you are feeling under the weather. I hope you have managed to have a quieter day and put your feet up, although knowing you I doubt it!!!
Another beautiful make. I love the punched background. Do you find those punches easy to use, I've heard mixed reports but have been tempted by them???
Hope you are feeling better soon.
    Take care

  5. Oh dear, poor you! I hope you are really trying hard to r-e-s-t! And that the healing thoughts flying from my tapping fingertips will zap all unhealthy vibes in your household.

Meanwhile, this card reminds me of an Oriental painted screen - was that on your mind, I wonder?

Now, stop reading this email alert and r-e-s-t some more, please.

    Love Me xx

  8. This is just stunning Emma - so delicate.
Hope your neck and wrist are better soon - are you having any treatment. My daughter has suffered shoulder pain for about 16/18 months now and after a couple of MRI scans and some nerve tests we have been told its all caused by a trapped nerve somewhere in her lower arm - she has got to have minor surgery for carpel tunnel release which we hope will cure the problem (fingers crossed). Anyway if your pain is recurring get to the doctors and get it sorted
