Hi everyone...
Hope you've all had a fabulous week, so far!! Me? I've been busy working on this month's Clarity samples, which are now done, dusted and ready to be packed!! But don't think that gives me a minute to sit down and relax......no, no, NO!! I'm already onto the next project and got other's planned and being thought about all the way up to October!!!
So, as I have a quick coffee and a catch up...I thought I'd just drop by to say hello...and to share my latest post!! This is one of a three card set that I made for Making Cards Magazine and were featured in the June issue. If you would like to read all about how I made it, back issues are available to buy HERE! As always, I really hope you love the card...
I used the beautiful face image and quote from Tim Holtz's Classics 5 set of stamps and the brief that I was given, was...soft, feminine with a vintage shabby chic feel!! So immediately, I knew what I wanted the overall card to look like and for once, the image in my head...was exactly the same as the finished project!!
The gorgeous papers and flower embellishments are by Melissa Frances. Forgive me, but I can't remember the name of the collection...eek!!
I hope you'll pop back tomorrow, to see the remaining two card projects from this set and as always, thank you so much for stopping by today to take a look at what I've created!! I'm looking forward to all your comments!!
See you tomorrow with another couple of cards but until then, enjoy the rest of the day and have a fab evening!
Love Emma xxx

ReplyDeleteSuper elegant card Emma. Loft the soft colour tones which are perfect for this beautiful image. The little flower cluster is the perfectly balanced compliment too.

Oh my goodness....wow...I have been looking at that stamp, wasn't sure what it would like inked up and now I know!!
ReplyDeleteHi again Emma!I saw this project in the magazine of course - it was serene & pretty then as it is now. Perhaps more so for seeing it on such a hot & sunny day. I'm never sure if I love your projects or the photographic skills most! The answer is Both though.
