En Vogue

Happy Sunday everyone...hope you're having a wonderful weekend and I spy a big ball of yellow in a brilliant blue sky!!! lol. Hope you're all enjoying this burst of summer that has finally appeared in the UK!!

It's just a quick post from me...yes, as always ~ I am resembling a headless chicken running around trying to do a million and one things and never seeing the end of that "to do" list...but I have actually managed to get so much done this week...I've even surprised myself!! :)

Thank you so much for all those fabulous comments you left on my post for The Artistic Stamper...I can't tell you how much it means to me to read them all and hugs to everyone for your kind words. Today, I'm sharing a card that I made for QVC and features this lace from Fantastic Ribbons...hope you like it!
I used some of the lace and wrapped it around the Sizzix/Tim Holtz Alterations Sewing Room die to create a skirt. The background stamp is also from Lord Tim and I added some Prima flowers and Candi to complete the card.

And here's the card on being shown on QVC...
...and here's a couple more cards made using lace from the kit!!

Right, time for me to tidy up the bombsite that is otherwise known as my craft area...

I'll be visiting everyone's blogs later tonight but until then...enjoy the sunshine, the rest of Sunday and have a fab week!!
See you soon and bye for now!!
Love Emma xxx

Some cards are just meant to be framed and yours often fit that criteria, Emma. This would make such a lovely Good Luck with your Sewing Exam or a Wedding card - endless suitabilities and very feminine. OK, I'll be quiet now xx

It's a stunner, Emma. I love that Papillion stamp you've used for the background, it's one of my favourites.
Hope you are enjoying that beautiful sunshine you have. We have the heat but just cloud, Boo Hoo.

Hi Emma, this is just stunning. I love the dress form and the TH background, so anything to do with those has got to be a favourite with me.
