Hope you're all having a lovely weekend, so far and it's a really quick post from me today...I've got dinner cooking and then a date in front of the TV for the rest of the evening but before, I go and live the high life...I thought I'd come and say hello and share my final card that I made for the Clarity shows...
Once again, as with all the Clarity samples, I always want the beauty of the stamps to do the talking...and I really hope you like what I've created with this card. The image was embossed with clear embossing powder to give that gorgeous glossy look and I used a Martha Stewart All Over The Page punch to create the background, that I matted onto some Bazzill cardstock. I then made a tag, stamped the wording onto it and added the ribbon.
Right, I can smell dinner wafting from the kitchen which means that I am going to bid you good evening and hope you all have a lovely night!!
I'll see you next week with some more creations and ramblings....
Bye for now!!

Such a professional card Emma, love the layout, image, colours. Just gorgeous. I have just arrived back from the Port Sunlight show and I'm sure I saw some of your samples on the stand. You are very professional and talented in all you create. You so deserve all your recognition and all your hard work is very worthwhile, trust me. Tracy x

I'm with you on letting these stunning stamps do the talking, Emma. This one was my favourite and I love how you've used that MS punch to set it off. It's a really beautiful, elegant card.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good week, I won't be around much, so forgive me for not visiting. I'm going into hospital on Tuesday so will be out of action for a few days.
Catch up with you soon.
hugs Lisax
Hi Emma, this is another gorgeous and perfectly made card. You are so precise in your work and they look just as stunning IRL - I played 'spot Emma's cards' at Happy Stampers today, lol! The samples weren't labelled but I think I'd know your work anywhere.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't get near Barbara - they'll have to put a big screen up and give her a microphone next year, so we can all see and hear her, lol!
xx

PS Also well done on making the front of that magazine cover that must be SOOOO exciting and well deserved. XX
I love this card Emma, I have a bit of a 'thing' for birds, and have to admit to being a bit of a birdy geek :-).
ReplyDeleteit is a fabulous stamp, and may just need to head over to Clarity and relieve them of one.
Thanks for visiting my blog. Things are hectic at home so I havn't had a chance to craft for a week.
Take care, Claire
Ciao, Emma. Your cards are very very elegant!
ReplyDeleteHi Emma, another beautiful creation. That sentiment is lovely.
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great weekend,

PS, look out for my hubby, he is in your neck of the woods working until Friday!
I love this design but I have an aversion to crafting anything to do with birds, don't ask me why but whether its cards, cross stitch, scrapbooking, I can't abide birds on anything. Its a great image though and so professional
