Thank you everyone for all the messages that you've been leaving me here on my blog and on Facebook...every single one of them has meant the world and it's such a good feeling to know that I have made so many lovely friends throughout blogland!! :)
So, I would say I'm doing fine but the honest answer is more like...I'm keeping really busy, trying to take my mind off things and that means there might be a lot of new creations on the blog...haha!! Hope you're ready for them...
In the meantime, it's time for another Clarity share and as always, I hope you like them...
This card was for the Classroom shows and featured all the stamps within the set. It took quite a while to colour in all those little flowers but once I'd committed myself to the first box, I really had to keep going! To create the flower boxes, I masked off each flower on the ends of the corner stamp to give me a seamless, continual box with no joins. The next card is using another corner stamp, together with the sentiment and the adorable image of the friends. I coloured the outline image with Distress Markers, which are just amazing!!!!
Right, time for me to see what I can conjure up in the kitchen.
I'll be visiting everyone later tonight but until then...bye for now and see you tomorrow with some more samples from Clarity!
Love Emma xxx
P.S. If you love Craftwork Cards...please see the blog post below!!!
These are gorgeous - saw the shows, just wish I had more pennies to buy all the stamps! Keep your chin, take each day and be true to yourself because you're lovely! Hugs Zo xx
ReplyDeleteColouring all those flowers was a real labour of love, but very effective. I would not have thought of masking off the end flower to keep the design going. Each one of those boxes would make a beautiful card on its own. Keep going, Emma, and remember we are all her for you and thinking of you. xx Maggie
ReplyDeleteBoth beautiful, but the first one is truly a work of art.
ReplyDeleteHope you're doing OK, wish I was nearer, we could grab a coffee,

I don't think you could be any busier Emma lol. Love your cards and I agree a labour of love, but well worth all the work. Stunning. Things will get better, you just need to give it time. Look after yourself. Tracy x
ReplyDeleteThey are both so gorgeous hun...and fabulous layouts too..
ReplyDeletebig hugs Vicky xx
Amazing cards as ever Emma and well worth the effort.
ReplyDeleteSorry things aren't so good in your personal life at the moment but we're here for you if you need us. Take care, it's all very well keeping busy but make sure you get some time for yourself as well.
Hugs

Two beautiful creations as always Emma! I wish I had your patience when in comes to colouring - the first card must have taken you ages! Well worth the effort though!
