Where There Is Love

Good afternoon, everyone and a big hello to all my new followers! Welcome to the crazy and somewhat busy life of lil ol' me!! lol. I'll be looking forward to getting to know you and sharing all my creations with you.

Well, all I can say is...brrrr!!!!! Isn't it absolutely freezing out there today? I was out and about first thing this morning and the windchill really got to me and since then, I haven't been able to warm up, even a bowl of soup hasn't done the trick.

So, February is already upon us and that means that we've got a new challenge starting over on The Artistic Stamper Creative Team Blog and this month's challenge is:
HEARTS!!

We would love to see your creations and if you need just a little bit of inspiration, then head on over to the blog to see all the fabulous artwork that the team has made and this is what I've come up with...I hope you like it!

I've taken lots of photos to show you all the detail on this piece. I used stamps from The Artistic Stamper and combined them with some Tim Holtz die cuts, which I used a variety of mediums on to create texture and colour. The background is created with Distress Inks.

Well, time for me to see if I can warm myself up enough to start creating some scrapbooking layouts using some gorgeous products from Kaisercraft, which I will share as soon as I'm finished but until then...have a wonderful creative day, everyone.

I'll be around later to see all your lovely creations, when I finally get to sit down with a cuppa.

See you soon and thank you for taking the time to look at what I've made.
Love Emma xxx

  1. Ohh Mr Umbrella Man, my favourite and I love how you've embossed him. That background is gorgeous too.
I'm so envious that you get to play with Kaisercraft stash, they are my new fav at the minute.
Keep warm, Emma it's freezing isn't. I've been and got some thick soaks out and my tootsies are still like ice.
