Eiffel Tower

Hi everyone...hope you're all having a wonderful Wednesday!

It's been a busy week for me, so far and I'm still juggling all my card making duties, with looking after my Mum, who still isn't too well!! I need to make cards for my Dad's Birthday on Sunday, Easter cards and lots of goodies to show all my friends here on the blog...I'm actually starting to eat, sleep and dream of card making!! As for the outside world...I've forgotten what it looks like!! hehe...

But at the end of the day, as long as I have my coffee and chocolate...I'm still smiling!!!

Anyway, enough about me! If you head over to the Craftwork Cards blog, you will see that the Design Team have all been busy making some gorgeous cards using the Project of the Month, which is the fabulous Tres Chic. And here's the first two cards that I made...
I absolutely adore any images from Paris. So, this collection of papers and embellishments were perfect for me and I loved working with them. Everything that you see on these cards, even the flowers are made using the Project of the Month...you really do get that much. Also, even if you aren't a card maker, they will make great scrapbooking pages for those cherished photos.

Well, I'd better get back to those card making duties, otherwise my Dad will be sitting there on Sunday with nothing to open!! I haven't even got him a present yet...so, tonight will be a spot of internet shopping and hoping that Royal Mail deliver on time!!!

Thanks for taking the time to come and look at my lil creations and I can't wait to show you the other cards I made with this fabulous collection!
See you soon!
Love Emma

  1. well the Tres Chic is certainly right up your creative alley, as it were...Paris is always inspiring and beautiful!

the first thing that stands out to me are the colours...the pink black and white scheme works so well together! not to mention I'm such a sucker for ribbons and your flowers! ;p and with such a variety in design...the cuts and layers...it makes each one so unique and brilliant!

these are so lovely and inspiring...I love them! :D
and don't worry...if the past is any indication, then I have NO DOUBT you'll get everything done in time! ;)

  5. Hi Emma
I was admiring this kit over at Lynda's yesterday. It's so lovely and definitely has a holiday feel doesn't it. I love your srunched flowers with it.
I tried the roses as you advised this afternoon and am so pleased with how they've turned out. I'll definitely be making them from the dies in future.
Sorry to hear your Mum is still not well. I hope she's feeling better soon and I hope your Dad has a lovely Birthday too.

  6. Tres, tres chic Emma! Love the colour combination and Craftwork Cards products are always such good quality, aren't they? Talking of Paris, I have promised my eldest daughter, Kate, a trip there when she graduates (I've got a couple of years to save up)!!

I hope that your Mum gets better soon, and that your Dad has a lovely birthday.

    Much love,
