Love Grows

Here we are again, it's Friday already and the week's flown by!! But it's been a great week and even though I'm working at a snail's pace, due to my missing mojo...when I actually look around, I do seem to have been quite productive!! Don't ask me how that happened!!! I think maybe I'm just being too hard on myself.

Here's today's share...
It features another image from Lili of the Valley and on this card, I chose to do shabby chic. I've used kraft card to make the card blank and distressed the edges of the paper, using my much loved and handy lil Tim Holtz, distressing tool. To be honest, a pair of scissors will do the job just as well but if it's got Tim's name on it...I cannot resist! :)
As the finishing touches, I added some punched butterflies, flourishes, one of my infamous handmade roses and last but never least, the stamped message tag! Hope you like it?

Well, I'd better be going, I have a Moroccan feast to prepare and cook for this evening...and unfortunately, I haven't got a sous chef to do it for me!! hehe...
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and don't forget it's Valentine's Day on Monday!

Also, I just wanted to let you know that Barbara and ClarityStamp, is on Create and Craft on Sunday and she has some gorgeous stamps that she will be demonstrating!
Show Times: 10am-12pm and again, at 3pm-4pm
I'll be back next, week with all my samples that I made for the show!!
See you soon!

  1. awwww...too cute for words!!! :D

I love the decision to go "shabby chic"...it matches so well with the scraggly little gardeners in the image as they cultivate their love plant! ;p love the backing paper and your infamous handmade rose! ;)

I'd say your mojo is alive and well! :D <333
