And today, I am sharing my first Christmas card with you all....and find out, what's behind the closed doors!!
CARD FRONT
Then, it's time for you open the doors, to reveal this fabulous Gorjuss girl, with her winter friend!
I also wanted to give a quick mention to the lovely Suzanne, who is responsible for all these beautiful Gorjuss illustrations. I recently had an email from her and I really can't thank her and Grant, enough...for all their support that they have shown my work and cards.
On this card, I wanted to create an icy, wonderland feel to the card and using the new snowflake punches from Martha Stewart, together with some Stickles Glitter Glue, it really gave the feel of a cold, snowy day. On the big chipboard snowflake, I used Ranger's Paint Dabber and then painted Tim Holtz's Rock Candy Crackle Paint over the top and this is fabulous for creating the impression of cracked ice.
So, I hope you all like my first Christmas card and now, that I've made this one...I'm already hearing those sleighbells ring and dreaming of a white Christmas...and I think you'd better all watch out for plenty more over the next few months!
Hope you all have a fabulous week...
Love Emma

LOVE the icy feel and look of the card...she's definitely in her element here...with the cool colours and snowflakes all around! the book design really adds to the wow factor...a beautiful face that opens up to an equally beautiful image...

I'd want to keep this for myself it's too beautiful to give away - the image is adorable just like the card.

Just lovely (nearly wrote gorjuss but that's what I always write with a gorjuss image so thought I'd have a change!).
