Fairies at the Bottom Of The Garden

HAPPY WEDNESDAY EVERYONE!

Where has this week gone? Time flies when you're having fun! It's been a little bit busy around here over the last few days but in between times, I've still managed to get my creative juices flowing, get inky fingers and finally, find some "me time" and relax with the latest episodes of Glee and Desperate Housewives. And just for the record...I LOVED the Madonna episode of Glee!

Anyway, enough about me and my guilty pleasures...what about the cards.

This is another easel card and another one using a stamp from the fabulous, Lili Of The Valley. I couldn't resist buying this stamp because ever since I was a little girl, I've always loved fairies and for that, you can blame Disney's Peter Pan because I fell in love with Tinkerbell from a very early age. Together with Audrey Hepburn and Madonna, she's one of my idols...a feisty little fairy with attitude! How could you not love that?
The main thing that I wanted to do with this card, was make it pretty but not fussy, let the image speak for itself and let the papers compliment the image. And these papers did just that, and together with the Bazzil card...it all co-ordinated beautifully.
HOW DID I MAKE IT?
DIE CUTTER: Cuttlebug
DIES: Spellbinders Scalloped Circle
STAMP: Lili Of The Valley
PAPERS: Bazzil Card Stock, K&Company
COLOURING MEDIUMS: Promarkers, Stickles Glitter Glue
INKS: Distress Inks, Memento
GREETINGS PLAQUE: Craftwork Cards
FLOWER RIBBON: Papermania
