Hello friends and happy weekend!!
Well, I DID IT!!! After the last eight month's that I've had, it was something that right up until the last minute, I didn't know if I would make but thanks to my parents who drove me and with a lot of determination, gritted teeth and painkillers...I got there, and it was one of the best days of my life!!
Of course, as always with a Williams journey, we got lost on our way there, but as the English countryside whizzed and quite a few rests at every service station along the route, we finally made it to the hotel!!
...and this is what greeted me when the doors were opened!!
Here's Dyan Reaveley chatting away to some fellow classroomers...
...and of course, the man himself ~ Mr Tim Holtz who spent so much time with us all, signing aprons, books and having his photo taken!!!
Last but by no means least, I did bump into this person....
...thank you to Kaz who took this picture that I will treasure for a long, long time!!
So, after all that...the classroom began and here's Tim introducing Journey's Of The Past...
...and this is the kit we were working on!!
As you can imagine, time flew and the end of the class came before we knew it but there were some very happy crafters, including me!! I haven't stopped smiling since and look at what I came home with!!!!!
Now, I'm going to finish my project and to whet your appetite, here's a little sneaky peek of what we were making...watch this space for when it's finished!!!
So, after all the excitement of the week, all that's left for me to say is....THANK YOU Tim and everyone who was involved in putting this wonderful event together and thank you so much for stopping by today...this weekend is going to be all about rest for me, (if I know the meaning of the word, lol) so I will bid you farewell and see you all tomorrow with my latest piece for The Artistic Stamper!!
Bye for now and see you soon!
Love (smiley) Emma xxx
