Surprise!!!

Hi everyone, and a big hello to all my new followers!! Welcome to my crazy life....

Eek, where has this week gone? I think I'm so busy trying to catch up with everything after Christmas and New Year, that time has disappeared on me again!! As for that new year resolution and trying to find some "me~time"...that went through the window straightaway!!

Anyway, I'm just dropping by to show you all another of the magazine projects that I made for Making Cards Magazine, last year. Some of you probably saw it on the cover and if you want a back copy of the issue for full instructions of how to make these cards, then click HERE!

In the meantime, here are the cards in all their glory...as always, I hope you like them!
Set of two pop out surprise boxes.
I used 12" x 12" Echo Park double sided papers to create the folded shadow box.
The shadow box open ~ I used the Sizzix/Tim Holtz Movers and Shapers Die to create my word LOVE
...and the second card features the Sizzix/Tim Holtz WISH Movers and Shapers Die
The decorative band to hold the WISH box together
The decorative band to hold the LOVE box together, featuring the Tim Holtz Rosette Strip Die from Sizzix

The papers were from Echo Park.
So, I hope you're inspired by today's post and I'll look forward to hearing all your comments, letting me know what you think!

Okey dokey, Diet Coke break is officially over and no attractive man has appeared out of nowhere, so...time for me to get back to the craft room and start work again!!
See you all soon with another little creation from the House of Chez Williams!!
Bye for now...Love Emma xxx

  1. Ooh these are so pretty! Love them. I haven't broke my resolutions yet because they don't start until Monday! I always start when Keagan goes back to school cos he's still on holidays till then. But as I said before, mine are more a goal for the whole year rather than try and change overnight! Hope you enjoy your weekend lovely. I'm not sure what mine holds yet as not been too well so I have to wait and see if I'm well enough to go out. Fingers Crossed! Take care Zo xx

Don't make any resolutions myself because I know I won't get to keep them but know exactly what you mean about time slipping by so fast - before we know it, it will be Christmas again!!!
