Game On...

Another morning has just whizzed by and another package has been all packed up and sent off!! The house is starting to almost resemble normality again...well, you can at least see the coffee table!! The dining room table is hidden somewhere under a pile of projects all lined up and waiting to be done!!

Thank you for all the visits to my blog, yesterday and for all the lovely comments. It always does mean to much to see you all and read your very kind words. :)

Today, I'm sharing another of the cards that I made for the Clarity shows and this one is using the Letterbox stamps, that Barbara used In The Classroom. As always, I hope you like my card...
The background is embossed mirri card and then I applied alcohol inks over the top. It was so hard to show the shine on this card and the photos really don't do it justice...it was a lot more bronze in colour and very shiny in real life.
I stamped onto the mirri card with the Flourish stamp and then I used my letterbox stamps to create Scrabble tiles to spell out the words. I even added the numbers, by hand to make it look authentic!!!

So, that's about it from me for today...I've got phone calls to make, cards to create and emails to write!!
I'll be visiting your blogs, later and saying hello to you all but until then...bye for now and see you soon!
Love Emma xxx

  3. So clever and so deceptively simple! Yes, I can see the shine has been thwarted and that the real life card would be stunning! Imagine receiving this when life is perhaps daunting - can you think of anyone? (Trans-Atlantic, maybe?)

  5. What perfect words for a crafter. I love the way you have used these words to express what we all do. I like the one from yesterday too. Hope we get to see more of your cards next time. I got the feeling that a lot of the regulars were not named this time round. xx Maggie
