Take Flight (Part 2)

Hi everyone!

Just a flying visit today but I'm here because I've been asked by quite a few people if it would be possible to share the template for this card *points down* that I posted on Wednesday!
You can see that post in full HERE but today, your wishes are my command as below is the template for the folds that I used to create this card!
