Trick or Treat?

Well, it's been another HOT day in London town but I've had a really, lovely one! I managed to break away from my craft room and spend the day with my friend, Sarah at the V&A museum in London. It was a little disappointing to find that the fashion room was closed until next year but at least, that means we can go back and visit then. But my highlight of the day, had to be Kylie Minogue's dressing room. I'm a huge Kylie fan, so when I saw this...I was in heaven!! Her shoe collection is to die for, her tiny clothes are stunning and her make up collection...wow!! There was some fabulous stuff there, I'll admit I was just a tiny bit jealous of the Chanel nail varnish and the Jimmy Choo's that were strewn all across the floor!! lol

And now, it's time to come back down to earth with a bump and here's my share for today...I hope you like it!
Once again, I used Kuretake Calligraphy pens and using my own fair hands, created the big "Boo" plaque which is the centrepiece of the card. I added some Spellbinders die cuts, a little bit of distressing, tearing and aging...and voila ~ another little Halloween creation.

It's time for me to settle down for the evening but I'll be around to visit all your blogs, asap to comment on all your lovely creations!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and don't forget that Barbara Gray, will be on Create and Craft, this Saturday and Sunday with some fabulous designs from Clarity Stamps and her new In The Classroom show. Hope you enjoy and I can't wait to share my samples with you next week!
See you then and thanks for stopping by to take a look at my card.
Love Emma xxx

  6. kind of like sweet and sour...two flavours that you wouldn't expect to go great together but they do...such is your card, cute and scary! ;p

and love that you didn't turn to the traditional "orange and black" for your card...but you still capture the mood of the day with the scary silhouettes and the ever so subtle aged look to the card...right down to the little turned up corner! it's those little things that make your cards so brilliant! that attention to every detail! :D

brilliant card...scary but oh so cute! ;)
