We Always Have Paris...

“A walk about Paris will provide lessons in history, beauty, and in the point of Life.”
― Thomas Jefferson

Good morning everyone!!

I don't think anyone could fail to notice that it's Valentine's Day on Friday, so in the run up to the day, I thought I'd share a few of my more romantic projects.Well, that's the idea anyway but sometimes between things getting a little bit crazy here at Chez Williams' and my very unsteady internet connection, it might not go according to this well thought out plan!!

So, without further ado...here is the first of those projects and as always, I hope you love it.
As you'll notice, there isn't any red and not a heart in sight but Paris is the city of love and thought this would be a perfect image to use and I chose to use pink, because I wanted a more romantic, feminine feel.
There's lots of details to feast your eyes on and as always, lots of gorgeous Tim Holtz products, including the fabulous iconic image of the Eiffel Tower from the Paris Memoirs stamp set by Stampers Anonymous. The backgrounds are all created using Distress Inks and Paints and the huge flower is made from my trusty Tattered Florals die, surrounded by the smaller roses.

I hope you've been inspired by my romantic trip to Paris and thank you so much for stopping by today and for all the lovely comments you left on my previous posts. I always love reading them and you always make my day with all your kind words.

See you tomorrow, fingers crossed, with another romantic share but until then...have a great day!!
Love Emma xxx

  4. Any Beau receiving this from his Belle would be filled with amour, cherie, amour. Very pretty and, as always, skilful, Emma.

  5. Beautiful! Love the softness combined with the grungy-ness of the corrugated cardboard. What punch is that you used for the center of the flower?

    1. Thank you for your lovely comment Sharon and the punch that I used is a very old snowflake punch from Martha Stewart. I'm sorry that I don't know the name of it, as I don't have the original packaging but I really hope that helps. Emma x
