The Art of Paper Floristry...

Good morning friends...

It's a quick post from me today, as I've got a table full of papers and inks that need to be played with and projects and commissions that need to meet the deadlines! So, cue Mission Impossible theme tune and...I'd better make a start!!

But before I go anywhere, I have a post to share with you all and today, is something that I made for the wonderful Craftwork Cards. Some of you might already be familiar with this piece as I created it, along with a few others for The Art Of Paper Floristry Pick of the Day shows that were recently on Create and Craft.  But I thought for those of you who hadn't seen the shows, I'd show you the piece here, in lots of pictorial detail!! As always, I hope you love what I've created...
This actually started life as a coffee tin, but after using The Art Of Paper Floristry kit, some Distress Ink and twine, I transformed it from that boring old tin into something a little bit more special.
As you can see, I added lots of flowers which are all handmade using the die cuts in the kit and the leaves are hand cut, as I was under strict instruction not to use a die cutting machine. Lol...

Don't forget that my lovely friend and the very talented Julie Hickey is back on air at Create and Craft today at 1:00 and there's a gorgeous new bargain kit, as well as some older ones, that are not to be missed!

Time for me to fly but I really hope you love what I've created and as always, I can't wait to read all your comments!!
Thank you so much for popping by today ~ I do appreciate all your visits.

See you soon and have a fab day everyone...love Emma xxx

  5. This is lovely, I have recently become a fan of Craftwork Cards and made a stack of Christmas cards using one of their kits, and gift tags decorated with their paper bows.
